BREAKFAST BUBBLE RING
Ingredients: 2 Cans Pillsbury Biscuits 1/2 C. Melted Butter 1 C. Diced Red or Green Peppers or both if you'd like - Mix it up 2 Cups Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese or any cheese you'd like 1 Small Can of Diced Green Chiles - Drained 1 Pound or 16 oz. Ground Sausage - Cook just like hamburger. Drain excess fat. 8 Slices Cooked Bacon - Crumbled 4 Eggs - Scrambled
Directions: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook up sausage, bacon and eggs. Dice the peppers and grate the cheese. In a large mixing bowl cut each biscuit into quarters and add melted butter. Toss to coat. Then, pour the remainder of the ingredients in the bowl and mix together with very lightly. When mixing be very careful to not pack together the biscuits. Grease a bundt pan, coat it pretty good. When putting this mixture in the bundt pan, place pieces and/or seciton in one at a time. Don't pour the ingredients in the pan and smash down. This is how you get the "bubble" effect. Cook for at least 1 hour - then check the bubble ring. Make sure it's cooked thoroughly with a very dark brown like top. Once done, let the bubble ring cool for a bit. Take a knife and go around the edges to loosen up. Select what you'd like to serve the bubble ring on and then turn over the bundt pan onto that plate or platter and serve. Remember, you can use any breakfast ingredients you'd like. Be creative, have fun and ENJOY...the Meals in a Rush way.
