POTATO SOUP

Ingredients:
6 Sm-Med Potatoes - peeled and cut into bite sized pieces
1 Onion - chopped
1(16 oz.) Bag Small Ready to Eat Carrots (use 3/4 of bag)
1-2 Celery- chopped
1 Cup Ham - diced
2 Slices uncooked Bacon - diced
1 T. Parsley Flakes
1 t. Salt
1/3 C. Butter
4 Small Chicken Bouillon Cubes or 2 Large Chicken Bouillon Cubes
5 C. Water
1 (12 oz.) Can Evaporated Milk

Directions:
Put all ingredients except evaporated milk into a Crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 10 hours (High 6 hours). Stir in evaporated milk during the last hour. Should make about 11 servings. Each crockpot varies so cook until potatoes are soft. Enjoy...the Meals in a Rush way!
