MAKE OMELETTES IN BOILING WATER
Ingredients: Large Eggs A Variety of Diced Ingredients -- Whatever you or your guests like in an omelet (ham, bell peppers, mushrooms, cheese, onion, cooked bacon) 1 Ziploc or any zippered seal quart sized bag 1 large boiling pan
Directions: Get a rapid boil going in the boiling pan. It's very important that the water is really boiling good. Take (2) large eggs and crack both open and into (1) quart sized zippered seal bag. Then, add whatever diced ingredients you like -- about a tablespoon sized amount of each. Once everything is inside the zippered seal bag, grab the bottom of the bag with your hand and squeeze-mix with hand until combined. Once it's mixed, seal up the bag. Make sure when you seal the bag all the air is out and that it is tightly sealed. Then, add to rapid boiling water for (13) minutes. Make sure you cook the full (13) minutes. Check the top of the bag to make sure it's cooked thoroughly. From time to time you can move the zippered seal bag around if some of the egg needs to shift to get cooked. Once cooked, simply open the zippered seal bag and roll out onto plate. Also, you can cook up to three at a time in one big pot. The bigger the pot, the more you can cook at once. Enjoy...the Meals in a Rush way.
